The Coalition for Sonoran Desert Protection strives to be transparent and open with our donors, member groups, volunteers, and supporters about our finances and policies. Listed below are our organizing documents and the internal policies adopted to date by our Board of Directors. Since we received our 501(c)(3) designation from the IRS in late January 2018 (after being fiscally sponsored by member group Sky Island Alliance for many years), we do not have a complete fiscal year of financial reporting to share yet.
