Sunset at the wildlife bridge – 10th anniversary celebration!

A special event as part of Wild Connections WeekCelebrate 10 years of the Sonoran Desert’s first wildlife crossing bridge, completed in April 2016! Featuring special guests from Pima County, the Town of Oro Valley, and more. This is a rare chance to see and explore Southern Arizona’s only wildlife bridge and hear about its successes.

When: Friday, April 17, 6-7:30pm

Where: Lower parking lot of the Santa Catalina Catholic Church in the Catalina-Tortolita Mountains wildlife linkage

What: A short walk uphill on gravely terrain to view the top of the wildlife bridge. Celebrate this widely successful bridge with a cake cutting, a toast, and with words from special guests. Light refreshments (in addition to cake!) will be provided.
