Allie Burnett is a conservation researcher and behavioral ecologist. Her research primarily focuses on studying how wildlife respond to habitat degradation and environmental change, and more recently, mapping wildlife corridors through Southeastern Arizona. At CSDP, Allie manages our citizen science programs and uses the resulting data to inform local conservation and management decisions. Allie received her bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Michigan State University and completed her doctorate degree in Wildlife Conservation at the University of Arizona. When she’s not doing science, Allie is usually found outside gardening, hiking, rock climbing, or paddle boarding.
