Living Desert Alliance Speaker Series: Featuring CSDP!

The Living Desert Alliance is launching their first‑ever Speaker Series, a new community forum created to educate, inspire, and bring neighbors together around the issues shaping the future of the Sonoran Desert.
This event is open to anyone interested in learning more about the desert, looking to meet the people doing meaningful work, and exploring ways to get involved at a level that fits their interests and capacity.
Their June 10 event features our very own Nick Maya. Nick will discuss:
- CSDP’s conservation efforts,
- the Interstate (I‑11) project, its history and current status,
- how existing roadways and future development affect wildlife health, habitat connectivity, and long‑term ecological resilience.
